Your order is being delivered directly from the manufacturer so our Return Policy depends on the manufacturers Return Policies. If you would like to return your order we suggest you contact us immediately. Please send us an email or call our number within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund; we cannot accept returns on products that have been customized or specially ordered. The returned product must not be used or expired, in the same condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging. There must not be any obvious signs of use or damage. If an item is damaged in route being shipped to you, again please contact us immediately. We do not accept any other exchanges at this time.
Several items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or sanitary goods.
We will provide you with return instructions after you contact us; restocking fees may apply. You May be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if so then shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that your returned item will be received.
Usually returns received will need to be inspected, and then authorized for approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card of original method of payment to Baby Buggy Outlet LLC. Presently credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
